Technical Rolls - CFRP Rolls - Economic Roll

In this area of the technial rolls there are many different products for various applications. Here we show you a short overview.

Economic Roll: This speciality of the company Dreckshage distinguishes many subgroups of an aluminium construction with different connection types, e.g. continuous bearings, journal types etc. Common to all of them is that the geometry of the rolls with reinforced inner ring allows the direct installation of the bearing. Due to this design advantage, the Economic Roll® can be manufactured quickly and cost-effectively. In addition, it is characterized by an excellent surface finish and its low weight. These rolls can be used for winding, deflection, draw or distance rolls.

CFRP rollers: Carbon the material of the future. Here we have rolls which have a high class bending stiffness at low weight. Here too, there are innumerable types of design. Please ask us directly with your project.

Steel rollers: Built to withstand the highest loads. The surfaces can be rubberized, ground, chrome-plated or turned. Stainless steel versions are of course also available.

Aluminium rollers: In addition to the Economic Roll, there are other, less precise aluminium rollers. Both have the advantage that they are light.

Spreader rollers: We manufacture spreader rollers for you to guide your webs without creases. On our modern CNC machines, we produce the creases you require on an individual basis.

Adjustments at the journal: If our standard connections are not sufficient for you, we can help you here with specially manufactured journals.
