Our products from the Rollon Hegra Rail series can be supplemented with useful extras. However, these are always custom-made products and therefore involve longer delivery times and extra costs. Nevertheless, this can make sense for certain applications and will help you to find a solution to your problem.
In the download area we have also provided an overview of the product combinations with the accessories. Unfortunately, not all options can be freely combined with corresponding rails.

Optional additions to telescopic slides
Interlock
- The telescopic slides can be fixed in the respective end position by locking devices. Thus an unintentional extension and/or retraction is impossible in any case. Locks can be realized by bolts or locking pins. This is especially used for vehicles, where the protection of man and material is particularly high.
Drive plate
- In the case of full extension slides with stroke on both sides, the intermediate element normally does not follow any predetermined order. The exact position of the element is therefore only defined in the fully extended states. This prevents unintentional protrusion of the element. An example of use are bearing pull-outs, which are to be extended in both directions.
Damping
- The drawer pull-outs can be equipped with cushioned end stops when closed. Plastic or elastomer dampers ensure lower operating noise, a softer end stop when the drawer is pushed in and greater resistance at the end of the stroke.
Compliance
- Hegra Rail telescopic slides can partly be designed with a ball thrust piece for compliance. This prevents unintentional movement of the telescopic system.
