The system simply explained
The basic principle of the lightweight fasteners is very simple: On a perforated base plate, different types such as bolts, pins, nails but also nuts or closed bushings are welded on. This system results in a wide range of applications and variations such as composite bolts, composite nuts, composite bushings, etc.
Due to their geometry and design, the lightweight fasteners have enormously high pull-out forces and thus withstand the highest demands. They are suitable for invisible application in plastics, wood or laminates, enable a secure connection without pre-drilling or punching and thus protect the base material.
