• MISCELLANEOUS: All information and data are based on our current knowledge and experience and do not exempt the processor/user from carrying out his own comprehensive tests. A legally binding assurance, also with regard to third party industrial property rights, is therefore not given. The sale of our services and products is subject to our terms of sale and delivery. All information and specifications are subject to change without notice, (technical) changes and errors excepted.
• PRICES: All prices are guide prices, excl. VAT, changes possible/reserved, exworks, quantity discounts possible on request (from 10 pieces), delivery conditions etc. will be communicated after receipt of order.
• MINIMUM QUANTITIES: HA-CO has a minimum order value of 50 Euro/CHF, thank you for your understanding.
• DELIVERY: Delivery times start with the date of the order confirmation and are not binding. Even in the case of fixed delivery dates, subsequent changes to the order entitle us to fix new dates taking into account our operational situation etc.
• Our availability according to the traffic light system (subject to prior sale):
  • green = ex stock usually 1-5 days shipping time
  • orange = approx. 2-4 weeks
  • red = only on order
• URGENT ORDERS and EXPRESS Dispatch: Products (in stock) are possible with an extra charge. Please contact us by telephone.
• SPECIAL SOLUTIONS: Only a small part of our comprehensive range of products and only standard articles are shown in the webshop. With our competence and production we are specialized for customized products according to your needs and requirements. Do not hesitate and ask us!
• SHIPPING AND COLLECTION SERVICE: Shipping is always at the risk and expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed (in writing). At HA-CO you have the possibility to pick up ordered goods directly at our factory. Please call us beforehand so that your order is ready to be taken home by the time it reaches us.
• RETURNS: In case of return due to wrong order of parts below 50 Euro/CHF value of goods, we will charge an additional fee of 50 Euro/CHF. For orders over 50 Euro/CHF we charge the shipping and packaging costs and 30% of the value of the goods. The return delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
• SPECIFICATIONS RAIL - TELESCOPIC RAIL: Only standard catalogue lengths are included in the web shop. If you need special lengths / extracts / drilling patterns etc. Please send us an e-mail and we will send you an offer.
• SPECIFICATIONS GUIDES - LINEAR GUIDES: Only standard lengths are included in the webshop. If you need special lengths, hole patterns etc., please contact us by mail and we will be pleased to make you an offer.
• SPECIFICATIONS COUPLINGS - ELASTOMER COUPLINGS: Please indicate the bores D1 and D2 in the comment field for your order. For the minimum and maximum diameters please refer to the data sheet. If you wish to order a different elastomer star, please specify in the comments field, thank you.
