Labeling and marking possibilities
Since 2022, HA-CO Carbon GmbH in Wallerstein has been using a marking laser model RC-F20 to mark components and tools. Thanks to this type of marking, components and internal work equipment can be permanently marked. On the one hand, this serves traceability, simplifies quality assurance and improves the overview of the company inventory.
HA-CO Carbon is pleased to offer you various marking services. With a laser power of 20 watts and a voltage of 230 volts / 50 Hz, engraving work can be performed on an area of 20 x 20 centimeters. At a maximum speed of 7000 mm/s, the laser can perform marking with a precision of up to ± 0.0001 mm. Accurate scanning and positioning are made possible by a high-speed objective scanner, Galvotech mirrors and an F-0 field lens. An internal high-speed motor and two electromagnetic generators allow precise and continuously adjustable performance. The hardware is complemented by professional software, which can be used to edit and apply graphics, text or shapes. During the marking process, an automatic air cooling takes place, so that finally a precise and high-quality marking takes place on any surface.

The precise laser beams have excellent efficiency, making the machine overall more energy efficient and environmentally friendly than other competitive products.
In order to provide our employees with optimal protection, HA-CO Carbon has housed the laser marking machine in a specially manufactured protective cabin. This is additionally equipped with protective windows made of special plastic, so that the necessary safety is guaranteed during the processing of your orders.
