UNIMEC offers its customers bevel gear units in nine sizes and dozens of designs. Their transmission ratios range up to 1/12 and are characterized by a very high adaptability to specific requirements: The practical cubic shape of the bevel gearboxes allows a universal installation. There is also great freedom in terms of the choice of shaft type - any type of motor can be attached directly to the bevel gearboxes: Motors according to IEC standards as well as brushless motors, pneumatic motors and others. High efficiency and quiet operation are achieved by using bevel gears with Gleason® curved teeth. Thanks to the use of this gearing technology and a thermal treatment, UNIMEC bevel gears are at the forefront of this mechanical field.
