In the event of an overload, the drive train is interrupted within a very short time so that no damage occurs.
With direct drives, the input and output shafts are in the same alignment. A compensating element must therefore be fitted to the safety coupling to compensate for the axial and radial shaft misalignment. Various versions with metal bellows or elastomer coupling attachment can be selected from an extensive program.
