The Keep-Nut® is an innovative fastener, it allows the production of threaded connections in hard and brittle materials such as marble, granite or carbon fiber, without gluing or form-fitting. The Keep-Nut® consists of a stainless steel body with an elastic castle nut that deforms and penetrates the material when the screw is tightened. The Keep-Nut® offers high tensile strength, ease of installation and shallow installation depth. Pull-out forces of up to 500 kg and more per Keep-Nut are possible, due to the load distribution in the material.
