Our aluminum rail guideway with ball carriage was developed as a supplement to the well-known high-performance profile rail guideways in order to be able to meet the requirements of manual handling and positioning movements as well as light machine construction at low cost. Their low weight and good corrosion protection are advantageous in this respect. Corrosion-resistant steel profiles (Niro) are pressed into the aluminum rails and the aluminum carriages using a patented process.

• Long-term lubrication due to initial greasing during production
