HA-CO GmbH with DIN EN ISO 9001

As every year, our management system is audited in the area of quality and related topics. Due to the Corona pandemic, this time it was not a usual audit, but divided into an online audit and subsequent on-site review. Thereby we had to prove again that we know our processes as well as take risks into account when optimizing our activities. The HA-CO team was able to convince all around thanks to our great QM software i:solution. From year to year we strive for continuous improvement of our products and services as well as the associated processes - with the goal of maximum customer satisfaction. As always, we have taken on board the recommendations of our auditor and will take them to heart and check their usefulness and feasibility. We are looking forward to the upcoming audits which will bring us forward.

Thus, the re-certification was successfully passed and the ISO certificate was extended for the next three years.
