The Keep-Nut is made of stainless steel and consists of a threaded bush, a set of serrated spring washers (crowns) and a plastic ring that holds the parts together - in various lengths, with or without a flange, for different slab thicknesses.
The main use is for creating threads in marble, granite or other natural stones, composites, carbon, Corian, HPL, glass and other solid surfaces. The simple and fast press-fit assembly without adhesive and the mechanical anchoring in the receiving material make these inserts a revolutionary and reliable fastening system.
Depending on the type and mounting location, up to 490 kg of extraction forces per insert can be ensured. We can also manufacture custom Keep Nut for special projects thanks to our specialized supplier.
