Heavy-duty pull-out rails - so that the expedition stands on safe steps

Our colleagues from HA-CO Austria have realized an automated pull-out system for the entrance steps of an expedition wagon. We are very proud to equip an expedition wagon, which travels the whole world, with our rails.

Due to the requirements of the expedition trolley, it was also necessary to select a high-quality and robust rail, so the choice fell on the solid SKV solid material rail. This full extension enables the customer to pull out the platform easily and smoothly, thus offering the travelers a certain level of comfort.  Our heavy-duty rails from the SKV series provide the guidance and load support. The combined installation enables a high load-bearing capacity in all directions and provides optimum support for the stairs in both the x and y directions.

The system is driven by motors with remote control. Thanks to this combination, the driver can activate the exit from inside the vehicle and can then descend the steps without any effort. After all, the difference in height is just under 80 cm.
