Solid drawers made of galvanized steel
It's no secret: branded products are very popular with us, especially when it comes to heavy-duty pull-outs.
In addition to our precision telescopic slides, which have ground and hardened running surfaces, we also offer solid drawers made of galvanized steel steel for less intensively used applications. In direct comparison, these cannot carry quite as heavy loads, but offer other advantages.
We have deliberately included slides in our range that can cover the widest possible range of applications thanks to their different designs and sizes. However, if a special length, special stroke or mechanical adjustment to the rail is required for an application, this is not a problem for us. At HA-CO, we have the right machines and years of know-how for customized rails - almost anything is possible!
Our SUT partial-extension runner can withstand temperatures of up to 80 degrees, is available in various sizes and also in a version that can be extended on both sides.
For heavy-duty full-extension runners, we recommend the SKV. An intermediate element consisting of a double-T provides extra load capacity of up to 24.1 kN. Double-sided pull-outs are also available here. Our SSV owes its slimline design to its S-profile, making this drawer runner extremely compact and rigid - even when fully extended. The SUV consists of a milled U-profile. It offers maximum loads and rigidity.
Sometimes a full extension is not enough and an over-extension is required. With our SKU, an extension length of up to 3 meters can be achieved thanks to the 4-part design. If a 200% extension runner is needed, there is the S2U. This consists of 5 elements and can therefore be extended twice as far as it is installed.
To get the most out of our telescopic slides, we offer a range of useful extras. Accessories such as dampers, locking mechanisms or drive plates can be made to order.
