Stainless steel full extension slider for heavy loads

We have a choice of two rails for the full-extension runners. Here is our SKV-V4A with a double T-profile as the middle section. Thanks to this, high load capacities and torsional strength are possible. We have 5 different sizes in our range. These slides can also be manufactured as double-sided extensions. This means that the rail can be extended on both sides.

This slide is made from high-quality V4A / 316 / 1.4404 stainless steel. This material allows it to be used wherever very high corrosion resistance is required, for example in shipbuilding or outdoor applications. The heavy-duty pull-out is suitable for applications where high forces and torsional strength are required. In the extended position, the slide is very resistant to applied loads, making it an excellent choice for dynamic applications and manually operated systems.

Thanks to our expertise and processing machines, we can manufacture customer-specific requests such as stroke modifications or special lengths with these rails. There are virtually no limits here.
